a 56 year old, 5'10'' 270lb bronx resident has filed class action lawsuits against mickey d's, bk, kfc, and wendy's because he says it's their fault he's overweight. he eats fast food at least 4 or 5 times weekly, even though he's had 2 heart attacks and is diabetic. he claims it was never explained to him the dangers of eating too much fast food. now ... be it understood, i am not someone who rails on people's weight, but don't blame other people for your own stupidity. don't expect others to compensate you for your own shortcomings and mistakes. and don't file class action lawsuits costing me and other taxpayers money just because you're a dumbass who can't decide for himself what to shove in his face. [some of you may want to look away from the screen for a moment]. hey guy, YOU ARE A FUCKING MORON! YOU DON'T EVEN DESERVE A FREE HOT APPLE PIE FROM THIS LAWSUIT. I HOPE THE JUDGE LAUGHS IN YOUR FACE WHILE CHOWIN' ON A FUCKING DOUBLE QUARTER POUNDER WITH CHEESE!
