i'm a major cereal freek. at any given time, i'll have at least five or six boxes of cereal atop my fridge. when calculating the value of a particular cereal, note only the rank of sugar in the listing of ingredients. to me, the all-time best cereals [not necessarily in order] are lucky charms, frosted flakes, rice krispies TREAT cereal [which sadly i don't think exists anymore], cinnamon toast crunch, and of course cap'n crunch. i pay tribute to you fine fiber supplements. you raised me well.
